Welcome to LawCN (the “App”), operated by Gaoji Software (“we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms of Use (“EULA”) govern your use of the App and our auto-renewable subscription services. By accessing, downloading, or subscribing to the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
The App offers auto-renewable subscription plans with fixed billing periods (e.g., monthly, yearly). Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at the time of purchase confirmation. Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID Account Settings after purchase. We reserve the right to adjust subscription pricing with prior notice via the App or email.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in compliance with these Terms and applicable laws.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial use, subject to these Terms. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, or distribute the App or its content.
We may terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately for violation of these Terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time, but no refunds are provided for unused subscription periods (except as required by Apple’s refund policy).
The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted or error-free.
These Terms are governed by applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction, without regard to its conflict of law rules.
